General Information
All test results are confidential and available only to the client unless authorized for release by written permission.
All services provided by Vallid Laboratories will be preformed in accordance with the USDA guidelines. The customer must notify Vallid Laboratories of specific documentation requirements prior to the start of any services.
Samples submitted for analysis will be retained for 10 days after the results have been reported. The customer must make specific arrangements for extended sample retention prior to or at the time of sample submission. Such extended storage may result in additional charges to the customer.
Vallid Laboratories will maintain records of the raw data for five (5) years, water tests for ten (10) years after the reporting date. Arrangements for extended storage requirements must be made prior to or at the time of sample submission. Copies of pertinent raw data will be provided at the customer’s request.
Pick up services are available.
A routine sample will be processed and reported in seven (7) to ten (10) working days (Monday through Friday).*
There is a $30.00 minimum charge.
An additional charge will be applied to samples requiring rush or weekend service.

Additional charge for sample preparation, if required.
Payment terms are 2% 10, net thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
